This extensive process will start with our trained technician visiting your property and carry out “ pre-cleaning carpet survey” without any charges to identify,

Carpet fiber used and construction of carpet.
Level of soiling.
Correct ECO FRIENDLY solutions to use to clean the carpet.
To avoid colour bleed.

What To Expect On The Day Of Carpet Cleaning?

Now we will explain in detail what to expect from us or from any professional carpet cleaning company on the day they turn up to clean the carpets.

It will also give you a detailed answer towards how we at SAM Carpet Cleaning maintain the high quality of work we do.

STEP 1

On the say we will arrive at your address at agreed time.

We will along with you go through the carpeted areas to do a pre cleaning survey and to get more information as to what you are expecting from this cleaning.

STEP 2

We will test the fiber of the carpet to determine either it is a natural or manmade fiber used for the construction of the carpets.

This is crucial step as it will help of to determine what king of cleaning solution will be more suitable for cleaning

STEP 3

Now we will thoroughly vacuum you carpets with an industrial-strength vacuum cleaner. We only used a twin motor commercial vacuum cleaner.

This process will remove any loose dirt, pet hairs or any other debris on the carpet.

STEP 4

At this stage we will pre-spray you carpet with an ECO-FRIENDLY solution. This will help to break the soiling on your carpet.

At this stage special attention will be given to the stubern stains.

STEP 5

Now we will use a commercial-grade rotary machine with soft brushes attached to agitate the pre-spray.

This form of mechanical agitation helps the pre-spray to reach deep down into the carpet and loosen the soil around the carpet fibers. Hence providing a deep carpet cleaning.

STEP 6

After the agitation the carpets will be left for 15-30 mins for the pre-spray to do its work.

In the mean time we will setup our extraction machine to carry out the next step of cleaning.

STEP 7

Now carpets are ready for the extraction process. In hot water extraction method we use equipment that sprays heated water, sometimes with added cleaning solutions on the carpet while simultaneously vacuuming the sprayed water along with all dislodged and dissolved dirt.

Many carpet manufacturers recommend this method as the most effective method of carpet cleaning.

STEP 8

After the extraction there may be certain stains that are still there so to provide our clients with the best possible cleaning we will treat those spots/stains with a relatively higher strength of solutions and extract them again using hot water extraction method.

STEP 9

After the carpet cleaning is done thoroughly we will groom the pile of the carpet which not only helps in drying time but also to lift the pile of the carpet.

STEP 10

The final step will be inviting our client to walk through the cleaned area.

Once you are 100% satisfied with the results we will start packing our equipment
